Dr. Doug Hall serves as Vice President for Career & Professional Development at High Point University. Hall has been a part of the HPU family for 10 years. His journey began as a student success coach, career advisor, adjunct professor, and assistant director of the Office of Career & Professional Development. Hall has a wealth of experience in educating and empowering all students to translate experiential learning to the professional world.

 

Prior to HPU, he worked in college recruitment at Indiana State University, North Carolina A&T State University and Wake Forest University’s School of Business. In addition, Hall has experience in workforce development at Wake Forest Baptist Health’s High Point Medical Center, as well as the City of Greensboro. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Indiana University, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from North Carolina A&T State University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management from Hampton University.
