Marvina Hamilton became Assistant Director of Corporate Relations in May 2025. She joined High Point University in July 2024 as a Career Advisor, supporting students and serving as a liaison to the Phillips School of Business and the Congdon School of Entrepreneurship. Marvina is passionate about connecting students with employers and helping young professionals launch successful, purpose-driven careers.
Before joining High Point University, Marvina was a recruiter at Lincoln Financial Group with a focus on recruiting early career talent for internships and new graduate programs. She also held career development and corporate relations roles at Winston-Salem State University and worked with NC DHHS Vocational Rehabilitation Services to advance inclusive hiring and retention for individuals with disabilities.
