Kimberly received her Master of Science in Adult Education from North Carolina Agricultural and State University. During her graduate studies, Kimberly also received a certificate in Community College Teaching. She has over fourteen years of experience as a higher education professional and student affairs administrator serving minority students. As a former Dean of Student Experience, Kimberly offered strategic leadership to administrators within the areas of Counseling Services, Residential Life, Greek Life, Student Activities, and Student Conduct. Kimberly believes in the development of the whole student. Her key areas of focus are student development, student success, community engagement, civic engagement, and leadership development.

 

Kimberly joined the Center for Community Engagement Team in April 2022 as the Director for the Bonner Leader Program and an Adjunct Professor within the Civic Engagement and Social Innovation Minor at High Point University. Kimberly is also a member of the Leadership High Point 2023 Cohort. Professional affiliations include the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education, Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society, and the Association of Title IX Officers.
