Genine Davis is an experienced and dedicated business and higher education professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in customer service, team leadership, financial operations, and student support services. Since 2018, she has served in multiple leadership roles at High Point University, including Assistant Director of Student Experience and CARE, Assistant Director of Case Management, Manager of Student Life Operations, and Accounts Payable Specialist. In these roles, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to student success through case management, crisis response, operational oversight, and campus engagement initiatives. Genine brings a unique blend of corporate and higher education experience, having previously held management and finance roles in fast-paced environments such as Camino Bakery, Java By Jeff, Hanesbrands Inc., and Lydall Thermal Acoustical. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong analytical skills, and ability to foster inclusive, student-centered environments. Genine is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from High Point University.
