Lindsay Sheek is a North Carolina Board Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, North Carolina Board Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate, and Nationally Certified Counselor. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts in Music from High Point University in 2015 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Appalachian State University in 2023. Lindsay has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in college counseling and community mental health settings. She is passionate about helping students find healing from the past, purpose in the present, and hope for the future. Lindsay’s areas of professional interest include anxiety, depression, addiction, identity development, self-compassion, mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and trauma. When not at work, Lindsay enjoys watching anime, singing, weightlifting, and spending time with her husband and three cats.
