Victoria Kitley is our Clinical Mental Health Intern. Victoria graduated from High Point University in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in history. She is earning her Master of Science in Counseling and Educational Development with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Greensboro North Carolina, and is expected to graduate in May 2026.
Victoria has experience working with college students and older adults. Victoria has worked with clients over numerous concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, grief, Autism Spectrum, and trauma. Victoria is goal-oriented and draws on several theories, but commonly uses Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
When Victoria is not with clients, she enjoys playing with her dogs, reading, getting coffee, and taking walks.
