Dr. Shazib is the Dean of the Workman School of Dental Medicine and a board-certified diplomate in Oral Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University, followed by a residency in Oral Medicine at Harvard University, where he provided patient care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to his residency, Dr. Shazib owned a private dental practice and also worked as a general dentist within a practice network.
Originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Dr. Shazib embodies all aspects of the Workman School of Dental Medicine CARE Model and was drawn to High Point University for its inspiring environment and the dedication of its community.
