Hilary Tanck is an Assistant Professor at High Point University in High Point, North Carolina. She received her Ph.D. from Clemson University in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in mathematics education. Prior to pursuing her degree, Hilary taught middle school mathematics for seven years and spent a year teaching English in Beijing, China. Those experiences help frame her research and teaching.
