Dr. Rafiullah Bashiri serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Prosthodontics and Maxillofacial Oncology at the Workman School of Dental Medicine, where he brings advanced clinical expertise and a strong commitment to patient care, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. In his role, Dr. Bashiri is dedicated to preparing future dental professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while advancing innovative approaches in prosthodontics and oncology within High Point University’s experiential learning environment.
Dr. Bashiri earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Ajman University. He went on to complete a Master of Dental Science (MDS) and a Certificate in Prosthodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, followed by a Certificate in Oral Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics from MD Anderson Cancer Center. His advanced training reflects a deep commitment to complex restorative care and the management of patients with maxillofacial and oncologic needs.
Through his clinical and academic work, Dr. Bashiri focuses on integrating evidence-based practice, advanced prosthodontic techniques, and oncology care to improve patient outcomes.
