Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Raven Lee is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. Raven earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Raven has experience working in the public school system; where she worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults in college, private practice, and public-school settings. Raven’s professional interests include helping individuals who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, academic stress, interpersonal conflicts, and anger management. As an eclectic therapist, she utilizes techniques from various evidence-based approaches such as person-centered, CBT, DBT, strength-based, and solution-focused, to tailor counseling to meet student’s individualized needs. While incorporating these techniques, Raven aims to help students let go of habits and ways of being, that no longer serve them. Additionally, she provides students with knowledge and skills, for them to maintain a sense of peace and balance in their daily lives. Outside of work, Raven enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and catching up on her favorite tv series.
