Dr. Yan Zhang serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of General Dentistry at the Workman School of Dental Medicine, where she is dedicated to advancing dental education and delivering patient-centered care. At High Point University, she contributes to a collaborative, experiential learning environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, scientific integration, and compassionate care.
Dr. Zhang earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mudanjiang Normal University, followed by a Master of Science in Pharmacology from Dalian Medical University and a Master of Science in Cell Biology from Liaoning Normal University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky, bringing together a strong foundation in biomedical sciences and clinical dentistry.
