Marc Sears serves as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at High Point University since 2018. Marc is responsible for all Human Resource and Payroll functions at the University.

 

Prior to HPU, has over thirty years of Human Resource Management experience including over 17 years for the Wake Forest School of Medicine as Assistant Vice President for Benefits, Compensation and Wellness.

 

He holds the highest national certifications in Human Resource:

 

SHRM-SCP, Senior Certified Professional Human Resources, Society of Human Resources Management

SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources, Human Resources Certification Institute

CEBS, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
