Dr. Kristen Ackerman is an Assistant Professor of Dental Medicine (Integrated and Applied Biomedical Sciences), an Assistant Dean for Inquiry, and the Chief Discovery Officer at High Point University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University, her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University, and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Regenerative Medicine. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, she resonates with the “Researcher” part of the CARE Model most.
