Jacqueline Canter is a graduate of East Carolina University with degrees in Voice Performance and a Masters in Music Education. She has appeared in regional theater and with local organizations singing a variety of roles in opera, oratorio and musical theater. She is currently a member of the board of directors for Piedmont Artists, on the music faculties of High Point University and Greensboro College and is the music director for Emmanuel Lutheran Church in High Point.
