Dr. Jamie Kronenberg is an Assistant Professor and researcher in the Department of Physical Therapy at HPU. She is a board-certified sports clinical specialist, with a specific interest in treating the youth athlete. Dr. Kronenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. Following completion of her DPT, Dr. Kronenberg went on to complete a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She completed her PhD at Ohio State University in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, with a focus in Biomechanics. Her primary research interests include biomechanical analysis of individuals with ACL reconstruction to assess movement variability in individuals returning to sports after surgery. Her passion for teaching comes from fostering an environment in which students feel comfortable being creative, curious and actively engaged with what they are doing so they can develop into mindful, collaborative and forward-thinking clinicians.
