Professor Sundby teaches Introduction to Psychology and is setting up her Research Lab. In upcoming semesters, she will also teach Research Methods, Cognitive Psychology and courses on learning and memory. She earned her B.A. in psychology at the University of Virginia, her PhD in experimental psychology at the University of California San Diego and completed her postdoc at the National Institutes of Health.

Her research at High Point University will use scalp EEG, a type of neuroimaging, to examine the neural mechanisms that support human memory and decision-making.
