Dylan is originally from High Point, NC and joined the Concierge Team in October 2017. She graduated from N.C. State University in 2011 with a B.A. in Communications: Public Relations and a minor in Sociology. Dylan has a background in retail management and a passion for exceptional customer service. When not at HPU, she can be found enjoying sports, animals, live music and traveling with her husband and three children.
