Professor Jessica Wiitala will be joining our Event Management Program in the fall of 2019.  She is currently completing her doctoral studies at the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management and has a dozen years of hospitality experience.  During the 2019-2020 school year she will be creating 4 core hospitality courses that will be used to enhance our existing hospitality minor as well as a potential hospitality major.  The opening of the new Qubein Arena, Conference Center, and Hotel in fall 2020 will be a center piece for event, hospitality, and sport management students with many experiential learning opportunities.
