How HPU helped you get there:

“HPU gave me diverse opportunities in research and community education that prepared me for a job that combines scientific surveys and client communication. The Office of Career and Professional Development helped me develop a strong resume and cover letter. I also attended a brunch with my current employer during the interview process. I was very comfortable in this setting after my many dining experiences in HPU’s fine-dining learning labs on campus.”

Most impactful moment at HPU:

“My most impactful moment was when I was named a Joan Ganz Cooney Center Fellow under the mentorship of Dr. Sarah Vaala, associate professor of strategic communication. I was challenged to research the possible applications of emerging digital media in educational settings and was trusted to run research studies, analyze data and present my findings to others.”
