This is an exciting time to be a part of the HPU community. High Point University continues to gain national recognition for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and student success. Most recently, HPU was ranked among the nation’s Top 3 Best-Run Colleges, Best College Dorms, and Most Beautiful Campus by The Princeton Review, making HPU the only university in North Carolina to rank in the Top 5 in all three categories. HPU has also been recognized nationally for Best Career Services and Best Classroom Experience, further demonstrating our commitment to providing an extraordinary education and preparing students for life after graduation.
HPU’s momentum is reflected in its continued growth and investment in the future. This fall, the university welcomed a record 6,561 students, the largest total enrollment in HPU’s 102-year history. With 14 academic schools and 463 full-time faculty members, HPU continues to expand its academic offerings and provide an inspiring environment where students can learn, live, and thrive. Construction is also underway on the new $100 million John and Lorraine Charman Library, a 150,000-square-foot, four-story facility scheduled to open next summer.
As part of our Office of Institutional Advancement, we partner with local businesses that want to support HPU and make a meaningful impact on our students. Through the Corporate Investor Program, businesses can contribute to the HPU Fund for Extraordinary Education, helping provide students with valuable educational opportunities, resources, and experiences. In return, organizations receive benefits such as recognition in the President’s Circle Honor Roll of Donors, invitations to University lectures and concerts, and priority seating at select University events.
