The Exercise Science major prepares students for careers in the health sciences through rigorous coursework and experiential learning. Courses in the Exercise Science major, including Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Advanced Exercise Physiology, Exercise Testing and Prescription, utilize the new Human Biomechanics and Physiology Laboratory to supplement their learning experience. Additionally, the Exercise Science major offers an Undergraduate Research Experience course that allows qualified students to participate in research and receive between one and four credits for their work.
