Spring 2022 Highlights
These three days provided a time for HPU students and their families to enjoy a variety of events, including a major concert by Rain, The Beatles tribute band, in the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center.
Fall 2021 Highlights
Festivities included a 5K family fun run, the grand opening of the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center, and the adjoining Jana and Ken Kahn Hotel. There was also a special performance from the award-winning iconic pop rock band, Train.
Spring 2020 Highlights
The weekend included a Life Skills Update from HPU President Nido Qubein, a Career Networking Fair for students, a conversation Qubein had with Dean Cain filmed for public television, Culp Planetarium shows, and more.
Fall 2019 Highlights
Activities included an annual 5K run, a campus walking tour, music and entertainment and a special address from HPU President Dr. Nido Qubein.
Spring 2019 Highlights
HPU President Nido Qubein presented a Life Skills Update and moderated a Parent CEO Panel. This Family Weekend alone generated more than $1.1 million in economic impact.
Fall 2018 Highlights
HPU families provided a boost to the city and experience the groundbreaking of the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena, Conference Center and Hotel.
Spring 2018 Highlights
Our Family Weekend Service Project engaged students and their families in giving back to the communities that surround High Point University.
Fall 2017 Highlights
Family Weekend festivities followed the theme, “Celebrating Leadership, Innovation and Values.” Families also took time to give back to the High Point community, packaging 20,000 meals for local agencies to distribute to families in High Point.
Spring 2017 Highlights
HPU partnered with Meals of Hope and provided an opportunity for visiting families and their students to serve the High Point community through a meal packaging event.
