Please use this form to request a DVD or audio CD that is NOT in the HPU Libraries collection.

If the DVD or CD is appropriate for the collection, we will order the DVD and email you when it arrives. This form is NOT to request a DVD to be sent to your office or dorm. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to order and process your request into the HPU Libraries collection.
