2. As your student begins their HPU journey, we would appreciate you sharing your thoughts about our communication during the summer. Did you feel informed? Did we communicate frequently enough? Were we quick to respond to your inquiries, etc?
3. After moving your student on campus, please share your general impressions of the university’s safety and security program. Did you feel safe? Did you see visible security presence, blue light contact points and other safety measures in place?
