Proposal Assessment Expectations

Proposals should include a structured assessment plan that addresses most of the following questions:

1. What does success look like?
2. When and/or where would there be milestones to check?
3. What assessment tools would you use?
4. How will you measure achievement of key short-run objectives?
5. How will you measure achievement of key long-run objectives?
6. What kinds of stories could be told about the success of the program?
