RDU:

Terminal 1–

f you flew Alaska Airlines, Avelo, Breeze, Southwest, Spirit, or Sun Country Airlines you are in TERMINAL 1. Go down to the baggage claim level and head to Baggage Claim 2. Across from Baggage Claim 2 you will see an Information Desk with High Point University Security team members in gray polos. Please check in with them. They will then direct you the Shuttle Pickup Location outside under the Ticketing Sign 1 for Avelo/Spirit.

Terminal 2-

If you flew any other airline, including Delta, Jet Blue, American, United, Frontier and Air Canada you are in TERMINAL 2.

Go down the escalator to the baggage claim level. When you get off the escalator, directly to your right is Baggage Claim 4. Across from Baggage Claim 4 you will see an Information Desk with High Point University Security team members in gray polos. Please check in with them. They will then direct you the Shuttle Pickup Location outside. You will go outside and to the right all the way past the sign labeled with the number “5”, the bus typically parks at the end where the overhead cover ends.

CLT:

Go down to the baggage claim level. Go to Baggage Claim 5. Next to Baggage Claim 5 you will see an Information Desk with High Point University Security team members in gray polos. Please check in with them. They will then direct you the Shuttle Pickup Location outside.

You will go outside and locate Zone 1 outside of the arrival baggage claim.

Look for big teal pillars. You’ll have to cross the first road to get to chartered buses pick up. Teal Pillars will say Zone 1 Chartered Buses.
