How HPU helped you get there: “HPU’s small class sizes allow me to succeed in the classroom rather than just be another face. HPU also has great resources available to help students land internships. I used the Office of Career and Professional Development to develop my resume and cover letter and search for internships. HPU’s environment also contributed to my success in many ways — the most important is motivation. President Qubein’s First-Year Seminar on Life Skills motivated me to be my best.”
Most impactful mentor at HPU: “Professor Larry Quinn, chair of the department of marketing and sales, is my most impactful mentor at HPU. He helped me through the internship process and has given me the best advice to be successful.”
What has your internship experience been like, and how is it preparing you for your future?: “My experience in the sales internship program was great and has given me the motivation to pursue a career in the sales field.”
