Shuttle Pick Up Locations
GSO:
Go to the baggage claim level.
At the American Airlines Baggage Claim: Go outside and meet at Door 2
RDU:
Terminal 1–
If you flew Alaska Airlines, Avelo, Breeze, Southwest, Spirit, or Sun Country Airlines you are in TERMINAL 1. Go down to the baggage claim level and head to Baggage Claim 2. Across from Baggage Claim 2 you will see an Information Desk with High Point University Security team members in gray polos. Please check in with them. They will then direct you the Shuttle Pickup Location outside under the Ticketing Sign 1 for Avelo/Spirit.


Terminal 2-
If you flew any other airline, including Delta, Jet Blue, American, United, Frontier and Air Canada you are in TERMINAL 2.
Go down the escalator to the baggage claim level. When you get off the escalator, directly to your right is Baggage Claim 4. Across from Baggage Claim 4 you will see an Information Desk with High Point University Security team members in gray polos. Please check in with them. They will then direct you the Shuttle Pickup Location outside. You will go outside and to the right all the way past the sign labeled with the number “5”, the bus typically parks at the end where the overhead cover ends.

CLT:
Go down to the baggage claim level. Go to Baggage Claim 5. Next to Baggage Claim 5 you will see an Information Desk with High Point University Security team members in gray polos. Please check in with them. They will then direct you the Shuttle Pickup Location outside.
You will go outside and locate Zone 1 outside of the arrival baggage claim.
Look for big teal pillars. You’ll have to cross the first road to get to chartered buses pick up. Teal Pillars will say Zone 1 Chartered Buses.

My flight will arrive 30 minutes late. Can I get on the next available shuttle?

Will my shuttle wait for me?
No. HPU Transportation is under a strict time limit at the airports and cannot wait past the scheduled departure time. If you do not want to wait for the next bus, please consider one of our alternate transportation vendors.

I’m standing outside and do not see the bus?
Make sure you are in the correct location based on the pickup locations above. We recommend waiting 10-15 minutes at the pickup location (do not leave the area) as the bus may be running behind due to travel delays. Contact Campus Concierge if you are still not able to locate the bus after this time.
Will Transportation know if my flight is running late?
Transportation will have a general idea of the national flight info and weather concerns, however, individual drivers are not tracking specific flights. Please contact Concierge with any specific flight changes.
