Our Wellness Partner: Woliba
We are excited to partner with Woliba, a comprehensive employee engagement and wellness platform designed to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance team collaboration. This platform is an integral part of our employee wellness program, serving as the go-to platform for tracking wellness points, participating in activities, and accessing essential health and well-being information—all in one easy-to-use system. Additionally, Woliba offers a range of features, including personalized guidance, goal setting, educational content, and community support, empowering our faculty and staff to make informed lifestyle choices and monitor their well-being.

By utilizing our online wellness platform partner, Woliba, all staff and faculty have the opportunity to reduce their insurance premiums by $600 within the benefits annual term. To qualify, you can complete a surplus of wellness activities hosted by Employee Wellness or participate in our wellness initiatives listed on Woliba. More details on qualifications and steps to sign up can be found on our Getting Started Page linked below.

*All employees are welcome to participate in wellness activities and events, regardless of their enrollment with the HPU benefits, as we aim to create an inclusive and supportive community for everyone.

How To Earn Wellness Incentive

Want to save on your health plan?

Earn 10,000 points between March 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026, and you’ll receive $600 off the Standard Medical Plan for the 2026-2027 benefit plan year!

New hires after April 1, 2025? You’ll earn a pro-rated amount of 800 points per month toward your goal.

The Employee Wellness Center is located at 1911 North Centennial Street and is open 24/7 for all faculty and staff (non-HPU guests are prohibited). To ensure a smooth entry, please scan your HPU passport upon arrival.

Amenities Available:
Day-use lockers – Please take your belongings with you when you leave. Items left behind will be placed in Lost & Found.
Showers available – Refresh and recharge after your workout!

To ensure a welcoming and enjoyable workout space for everyone, please follow these six simple guidelines:

  • Return Equipment to Its Place:
    • A clean and organized gym is a safe gym! Please return weights, mats, and other equipment to their designated areas after use.
  • Be Mindful of Equipment Usage:
    • Share the space! Limit time on machines during busy hours and encourage others to work in between sets if you’re using multiple pieces of equipment.
  • Wear Proper Footwear:
    • For safety and hygiene, clean athletic shoes are required at all times.
  • Use Headphones for Audio:
    • Whether you’re listening to music, watching a video, or on a call, please use headphones out of respect for others.
  • Clean Equipment After Use:
    • Help keep the gym sanitary by wiping down all equipment after use. Sanitizing wipes are available throughout the facility.
  • Stay Aware of Your Surroundings:
    • Be mindful of others, respect personal space, and always be cautious of those lifting weights around you.
