The HPU Employee Wellness Program began in 2013 as a participation, points-based program to help employees improve their health and wellness journey. By participating in various wellness activities, employees who elect to take High Point University’s medical plan can potentially earn a $600 premium reduction for the 2023-2024 benefits plan year.
All employees regardless of enrollment in the HPU Medical Plan are eligible to participate in activities sponsored by the Employee Wellness Program.

It is with great excitement that the Employee Wellness Program is here to serve the faculty and staff at High Point University; we are on a great journey toward wellness. The role of Employee Wellness is to celebrate the joys and help you navigate through the struggles of life. I encourage you to use this program as one of your partners in your ongoing wellness initiatives or as a starting point at the beginning of your journey!
