We are Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Chi Omega was founded on October 15, 1885, at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. At a time when women were just beginning to occupy seats in college classrooms, seven female students formed a women’s society within the school. Alpha Chi Omega is an organization built by and for real, strong women. These seven visionary young women laid the groundwork for a sisterhood which would span decades and transform hundreds of thousands of women into the best versions of themselves through supportive friendships and extraordinary opportunities for leadership, learning and service.

Today Alpha Chi Omega Kappa Omicron sisters share the core values our organization was founded upon and use them to impact High Point University’s campus, our High Point Community and our world in positive ways around causes we care about, including our national philanthropy, domestic violence awareness.

Our members work together to raise domestic violence awareness and provide support and education to help those in their local communities build healthy relationships and fight against unhealthy ones.

Hi My name is Gabrielle Paula and I am President of the Kappa Omicron Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at High Point University.

“Real. Strong. Women.” is more than just a tagline. Three words have set a new bar for what a women’s fraternity can stand for and strive toward.  Our chapter is a place where real, strong women find connection, a community of support and opportunities to growa among those who encourage them to chase their passions and value them for who they really are— and want to become.
