Each fraternity/sorority organization on campus is currently governed by one of four councils:

The Interfraternity Council at High Point University is the governing body for five recognized chapters.
Executive Council elections are held at the end of every fall semester and those wishing to hold a position must have previously served as a delegate or another leadership position within their chapter.
