Minimum Age Requirements

Minimum check-in age is 25 and a valid government photo ID is required at check-in.

Cancellations

Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged a penalty. A minimum penalty of one night’s room and tax will be charged if a reservation is cancelled after the specified cancellation time. Exceptions may apply during special dates or events (subject to hotel’s discretion).

Reservation Changes

Please note that a change in length of stay or dates (based upon availability) of your reservation may result in a rate change and/or may not be available based on length-of-stay restrictions.

Credit Card Guarantee

Each reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. In addition, prepaid reservations and deposits will be charged at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is not booked with a valid credit card number. Guest must present a credit card in his or her name upon arrival at the hotel. A sufficient amount of credit must be available to cover all room charges, taxes and incidentals. Cash payment will be accepted upon checkout, at which time the credit card authorization will be released. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Parties

For the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow parties or excessive noise in or around guest rooms and suites. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Pet Policy

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. The Kahn Hotel welcomes service animals.

Smoking

The Jana and Ken Kahn Hotel, and High Point University campus are tobacco-free. The Kahn Hotel reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if it is determined that there has been smoking in the room.

Weapons

Possession of weapons on campus is prohibited, regardless of permits. This includes firearms, explosives, and other dangerous items.

Special Requests

We will always make our best effort to accommodate you, but please understand when circumstances do not allow us to meet your request. We cannot guarantee any bed type requests made to the property. ADA-accessible rooms are available and can be reserved by contacting the hotel directly or on our website.
