“This summer I have the privilege of interning for Chief Justice Paul Newby of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. I will also join a group of highly distinguished students as a Blackstone Legal Fellow through the Alliance Defending Freedom organization. I am beyond thrilled and honored to serve under Chief Justice Newby and to train as a Blackstone Fellow. I am certain that these internships will be indispensable to my future in the legal profession by furthering my development as both a Christian and a law student while integrating academic integrity, rigor, and excellence every step of the way.
