“This summer I have the great opportunity to split my summer being a judicial extern for Chief Judge Albert Diaz on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and a judicial extern for North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Trey Allen. I am thankful for all the opportunities the Kenneth F. Kahn School of Law provides law students. Without the help of our law school’s founding Dean, Dean Martin, the Career Development office and the wonderful opportunities the school offers, I would not have this unique opportunity. My legal research and writing class first semester taught me so much and I learned that I have a love and natural skill for legal writing. I am excited to use and hone my skills in legal writing in Judge Diaz and Justice Allen’s chambers. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to attend the Kenneth F. Kahn School of Law.”
