Located on the 3rd floor of the R. G. Wanek Center, the Martha Luck Comer Learning Commons offers a large study space with comfy chairs and desks for quiet individual study, as well as computers and printers. We primarily serve patrons who are residents of the adjacent dorm halls; however, the space is available to all members of the university community.
Book collections include donated volumes of deluxe leather-bound classics, available for in-house reading only (copies for checkout are available at Smith Library). There is also a small Reference Collection with citation manuals and guides. Items on display include presidential memorabilia and several notable art collections.
The Learning Commons is a designated quiet study space. Group work is allowed in the presidential memorabilia room, but we ask that you keep conversations at a low volume throughout the space. Food and uncovered drinks are not allowed in the space.
Learning Commons Regular Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am to 11:30pm
Saturday: 10am to 10pm
Sunday: 1pm to 11:30pm
