Branding Approval

If your team is creating/designing printed material, advertising or any item to be distributed you must fill out the Branding Approval Form. Please provide all necessary details about the item, including its purpose, target audience, intended distribution and design files. The Office of Communications Branding Committee will review the submission for adherence to our university’s branding guidelines, messaging consistency, and overall appropriateness. Feedback will be provided if necessary, and once approved, you will receive the green light to proceed. Purchase orders may only be obtained after receiving approval from the Office of Communications

Please allow for a 48 hour return of approval/denial/edits.
