Research Application Tools and Resources

Applying for funding is the process of taking a great idea and packaging in a sponsor’s required form and fit.  Most proposals possess three common elements, a statement of work, a budget, and a budget justification.

Cayuse

High Point University uses Cayuse as its proposal management and compliance tool.  Cayuse allows faculty to easily prepare, route, and submit a proposal.  Cayuse’s strength is its ease of use in preparing federal proposals.  All proposals must be routed through Cayuse 10 business days prior to the deadline.  RASP has a variety of resources to assist in applying for a research project here and identified below.

Firefox or Chrome browsers are recommended for access to Cayuse. Explorer will not allow full use of the Cayuse system. For more information, visit the Cayuse Support Center.
