Pre-Conference Workshops

Note: Unfortunately, the morning workshop presenter had a family emergency and had to cancel. The conference planning committee sends caring thoughts to Dr. Wright and his family and would like to thank him for offering to do this workshop. The committee found a replacement morning workshop and the details are below. For those who have already registered for the morning workshop, we know that this topic will also be of high interest and relevance. If you prefer to request a refund, however, please let Rebecca Leggett (Leggett@ncicu.org) know by email by Thursday morning (June 7th).

Conference Speaker

NCICU is honored that this year’s keynote address entitled “8 Tips for Everyday Assessment” will be provided by Dr. Gavin Henning, Director of the Master of Higher Education Administration and Doctorate of Education Programs at New England College, President of ACPA – College Student Educators International from 2015-2016, and current President of the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education and founder of Student Affairs Assessment Leaders.  Dr. Henning will also provide a concurrent conference session entitled “3×5 Model to Building and Sustaining A Culture of Assessment.”  Learn more about Dr. Henning’s contributions to and experience in higher education.
