At High Point University, we utilize the survey software tool, Qualtrics. The Office of Research and Planning recommends that the institution use this software for various assessments, research projects, forms and other surveys. The research and planning staff are equipped to assist university users with survey creation, training in the software, and technical troubleshooting.

Important note: If you need to conduct a survey, you need to fill out the Assessment Request Form. There are important rules and conditions outlined on that page for sending surveys out to High Point University faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
