Centennial Square residential community houses both male and female upperclassmen, and is adjacent to the Greek Village. Eleven buildings, comprised of 50 townhomes, houses 348 students. Each townhome consists of a double occupancy room on the first floor, four single bedrooms with semi-private bathrooms on the second floor, and one single bedroom with a private bathroom on the third floor. Some amenities include; shared living area, dining room, full-size kitchen (which includes a dishwasher), and laundry room in each facility, as well as access to the Samuel Commons, which includes learning commons, study space, pool, recreation facilities and post office.
1st Floor bedroom – two twin beds, two desks with hutches, two desk chairs, 4 two-drawer dressers, a closet, and one armoire.
2nd and 3rd Floor bedrooms – one full bed, one desk with hutch, one desk chair, a closet, and one four-drawer dresser.
Common Space – three bar stools, oblong dining table with seven chairs, two sofas, one club chair, two end tables, one coffee table, and one television stand.
Outdoor – one oblong table with seven chairs and one umbrella.
