Centennial Square opened in Fall 2012, houses both male and female upperclassmen, and is adjacent to the Greek Village. Eleven buildings, comprised of 50 townhomes, houses 348 students. Each townhome consists of a double occupancy room on the first floor, four single bedrooms with semi-private bathrooms on the second floor, and one single bedroom with a private bathroom on the third floor. Some amenities include; shared living area, dining room, full-size kitchen (which includes a dishwasher), and laundry room in each facility, as well as access to the Centennial Square Clubhouse, which includes learning commons, study space, recreation facilities and post office.
1st Floor bedroom – two twin beds, two desks with hutches, two desk chairs, 4 two-drawer dressers, a closet, and one armoire.
2nd and 3rd Floor bedrooms – one full bed, one desk with hutch, one desk chair, a closet, and one four-drawer dresser.
Common Space – three bar stools, oblong dining table with seven chairs, two sofas, one club chair, two end tables, one coffee table, and one television stand.
Outdoor – one oblong table with seven chairs and one umbrella.
