With 12 Georgian style houses each housing our Fraternities and Sororities, the Greek Village is the center of the Fraternity and Sorority Community at High Point University. Each house has 15 beds with 7 double rooms and one single room on the first floor for the Resident Assistant. Some amenities include a full kitchen, large chapter room, office for the chapter, a laundry room on each floor of the house, and indoor/outdoor fireplaces. High Point University residential communities all offer central heating and cool systems, complimentary internet, complimentary cable, complimentary laundry, and comfortable study areas.
Residents have access to an outdoor pool, mail boxes, and work out facility. There is a study room and meeting space for organizations located in the Webb Conference Center. Room assignments for the Greek Village are restricted to members of fraternities and sororities above the minimum GPA requirement. Placement is determined by each organization.
