NORTH COLLEGE TERRACE

North College Terrace houses upperclassmen males and females in either a one bedroom apartment that is single or double occupancy. Each apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
Each bedroom has either one or two beds, and a dresser and a desk with chair for each student. The living areas come furnished with a loveseat, chair, dining room table, and window shades. In each apartment’s bathroom, there is a sink, toilet and bathtub/shower that the residents share.

The North College Community at High Point University features their own “mini” campus with a basketball court, volleyball court, The Silver Line Diner, and the Security Administration Office. Driving will not be necessary because a rotating shuttle will arrive every 15 minutes. High Point University residential communities all offer central heating and cool systems, complimentary internet, complimentary cable, complimentary laundry, and comfortable study areas.
