The $95 million Panther Commons is located in the heart of campus at the corner of Panther Drive and Farris Avenue near the new Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center. Panther Commons opened its doors to students in August 2023.
Panther Commons offers double rooms on the fifth floor for incoming freshman and a mix of double and single suites for upperclassmen in the remainder of the building. This new residence hall will also include several retail shops on the first floor, including a hibachi restaurant, nail salon, mail service, fitness studios, study rooms and more, serving as a hub of activity and engagement.
