Each unit in Point Place have comfortable sofas, mini blinds, a kitchen table with chairs, full-size refrigerator, full stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The bedrooms in the building have a twin bed (single rooms have a full bed), a desk with a chair, and a dresser. Four to five students share the common area, kitchen, and two bathrooms.
