About University Landing Tiny Homes

Daily from 8:00am — 5:00pm.
Each tiny home houses one student.
- A loft with a full-size bed
- Mattress features an 8-inch depth
- Full bathroom
- Galley kitchen
- Living area with a study desk
Total square footage for each house is approximately 500 square feet.
Tiny Homes are designated as Tier 7 housing.
