Each apartment has a dining room table and chairs, sofas, a stove with oven, a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. Six residents share three sinks, two toilets, and two showers. Bedrooms are single or double occupancy. Singles have a height-adjustable desk and chair, a full-size bed, a two-drawer chest, and an underbed bookcase. Doubles have two of each, with standard twin beds. Every desk and bookcase has a built-in outlet with one AC plug and two USB ports, and each resident gets their own closet. Rooms are carpeted with miniblinds. Wilson offers central heating and cooling, complimentary internet, cable and laundry, and study areas.
