York is a wellness community. Apartment suites are arranged in two, three, and four bedroom units with one student to each bedroom. Inside the bedroom is a bed, a desk with a chair, dresser, and a closet. Each window inside the suite has mini-blinds.

York houses 202 residents in 61 apartment suites over four floors. Each floor has two lounges with plasma TV’s, a trash chute, and a common lounge in the middle of the hall. High Point University residential communities all offer central heating and cool systems, complimentary internet, complimentary cable, complimentary laundry, and comfortable study areas.
