Welcome to High Point University Employee Wellness

Welcome to High Point University! Here at High Point, we know that you will work hard, but we know that in order to do that, you must take great care of yourself. The Employee Wellness Program is designed to allow you choice in how you care for yourself at work, play, and home. Here are resources to provide a strong start to your wellness journey here at High Point!

The Employee Wellness program here at High Point University provides individualized, accessible, and comprehensive wellness education and resources which support and empower employees to reduce health risks and embrace a higher quality of life and well-being. Throughout our new partnership with Ramp Health, our virtual program partner allowing you to conveniently track your incentive, engage with your co-workers in challenges, and provide educational opportunities for stress, nutrition, chronic conditions and so much more.

We are pleased to announce that we have decided to begin our partner ship with Ramp Health and will begin March 1, 2024. If you have questions or need assistance with any aspect of our wellness program, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

The HPU Employee Wellness Program began in 2013 as a participation, points-based program to help employees improve their health and wellness journey. By participating in various wellness activities, employees who elect to take High Point University’s medical plan can potentially earn a $600 premium reduction for the 2023-2024 benefits plan year. All employees regardless of enrollment in the HPU Medical Plan are eligible to participate in activities sponsored by the Employee Wellness Program.
