A MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN

High Point University is at the forefront of health care education and in the past ten years we’ve invested more than $200 million in state-of-the-art health professions programs and science facilities.

After receiving thousands of applications and a large number of strong candidates for new graduate health professions programs in physician assistant studies, physical therapy, athletic training  and pharmacy, all of us at High Point University are excited to announce HPU’s pre-health professional curriculum for students  interested in pursuing a career as a medical doctor, physician assistant, or nurse. The curriculum has been designed specifically to help students prepare for success and significance in a wide variety of rewarding and high-demand careers in the health professions.

With the latest technology and highly accomplished faculty, health professions programs in the Congdon School of Health Sciences and Fred S Wilson School of Pharmacy, combine classroom learning with experiential learning from day one. We are excited to graduate well-prepared and highly empathetic health care professionals who can take on the challenges of today’s and the future changing health care landscape.

If you’re ready to be an innovative pioneer in HPU’s health professions programs, remember to submit your HPU application today and note your area of interest.

I look forward to reviewing your application!
